These Terms govern your use of BOQ+ operated by Verkzo. By using BOQ+, you agree to these Terms.

1. What BOQ+ Is

BOQ+ is a planning and decision tool for Indian government contractors. It helps you fill rates, calculate Below %, and compare bid scenarios on your iPhone. BOQ+ does NOT submit tenders on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for your bids and submissions through official government portals (GePNIC, eTender, GeM, etc.).

2. Account

You create an account using Sign in with Apple. You must be 18 or older to use BOQ+. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and your BOQ+ account. One account per person.

3. Subscription & Payment

• BOQ+ offers a 7-day free trial with up to 5 BOQ uploads
• After the trial, a subscription is required to continue
• Monthly plan: ₹399/month
• Annual plan: ₹3,499/year (save ₹1,289 vs monthly)
• All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancel anytime from iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Apple's payment terms and refund policies apply to all transactions

4. Your Content

You own all BOQ files you upload and all rates you enter. By uploading, you grant Verkzo a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the BOQ+ service. We do not claim ownership of your data. You may delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the app; use the app for any illegal purpose; share your account credentials with others; upload files containing malware or malicious content; or attempt to access other users' data.

6. Disclaimer

BOQ+ is a calculation and planning aid provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, rate suggestions, or Below % figures. All bidding decisions are yours alone. Always verify all calculations independently before submitting a tender bid.

7. Limitation of Liability

Verkzo is not liable for any loss of tender, business loss, financial loss, or any other direct or indirect damages arising from your use of BOQ+. Our total maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using BOQ+ at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
