BOQ+ is operated by Verkzo. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. What We Collect

• Apple ID information — your name and email address provided via Sign in with Apple (you may choose to hide your email)
• BOQ files you upload — Excel spreadsheets stored securely, accessible only by you
• Rates you enter — stored so you can access them across sessions
• Rate history — your past quoted rates, used to show suggestions on similar items
• Bid deadlines — dates you set, used only to show reminders within the app

We do not collect your phone number, location, contacts, or any data from other apps on your device.

2. How We Use It

Solely to provide the BOQ+ service. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics. We do not sell your data. Ever.

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple — handles authentication (Sign in with Apple) and payments (In-App Purchase). We never see your payment details.
• Railway — cloud hosting for our backend servers.

No analytics SDKs, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks are used in BOQ+.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases on Railway cloud infrastructure. File uploads are stored with generated hashes — not your original filenames.

5. Data Isolation

Your BOQ data, rates, and files are accessible only to your account. No other user — including Verkzo staff — can see your quoted rates or bid strategies.

6. Your Rights

• Delete individual BOQs and rate history entries within the app anytime
• Request full account and data deletion by emailing boqplus.official@gmail.com
• All data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request

7. Children

BOQ+ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
