Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly from Apple. We can't process refunds ourselves as payments go through Apple.
My BOQ is not uploading correctly. What should I do?
Make sure the file is a V4 GePNIC BOQ Excel (.xls or .xlsx) downloaded directly from the government portal. Email us the file at boqplus.official@gmail.com and we'll investigate.
I want to delete my account and all my data.
Email boqplus.official@gmail.com from the email linked to your Apple ID with "Delete my account" in the subject. We'll delete everything within 30 days.
