Refund Policy

Effective: March 2026

BOQ+ offers a 7-day free trial with up to 5 BOQ uploads. We encourage you to fully test the app during the trial before subscribing.

How Refunds Work

BOQ+ subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. All refund requests are handled directly by Apple, not by Verkzo.

To request a refund from Apple:

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find your BOQ+ subscription charge
Select "Request a Refund" and provide your reason
Apple will review and respond within a few days

Our Refund Commitment

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using BOQ+ and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days of your report, we will support your refund request to Apple.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after the free trial
Forgetting to cancel before renewal
Partial months of service

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BOQ+. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
